Agreement to Terms
By installing and using the Searchbadger Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the Extension.
License Grant
Scharfy, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Searchbadger Extension for personal or commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA.
Permitted Use
You may:
- Install and use the Extension on any compatible browser
- Use the Extension for personal or business purposes
- Uninstall the Extension at any time
Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Extension
- Use the Extension to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Intellectual Property
The Extension and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Scharfy, LLC. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.
Third-Party Services
The Extension uses Yahoo Search to provide search functionality. Your use of Yahoo Search is subject to Yahoo's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Yahoo's services or any third-party content accessed through the Extension.
Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Extension, you consent to the data collection and usage practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Extension will meet your requirements
- The Extension will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Extension will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Extension will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHARFY, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice. We may also update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Extension.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
